Team agents

Roles & permissions

What Viewer, Editor, Full and the owner can do on a shared agent, and where guests stop.

Every person on a shared agent has one role on it. The owner made the agent. Everyone else is a Viewer, Editor or Full, set when you share it.

Rows marked team chat and team task are not available yet. See Team agent chat and Tasks.

Each person's chat is their own, and their actions need their own approvals. In a team chat, the person who asked can always answer their own form or card.

Editors use a lent connection

Only a connection's owner can lend it through Connector tools. Everyone who can edit the agent then works through that connection.

Guests

A guest is capped at Editor and follows the Editor column. They can't be given Full, so they can't share an agent onward.

A guest can't create agents of their own. A share with all members leaves guests out. See Collaborators.

Workspace roles

Admin and Member are workspace roles, separate from the roles above. They decide who runs the workspace, not who can open an agent.

An admin sees only the agents shared with them. Sharing is always the owner's choice. See Members & roles.

When admins limit agent creation to themselves, members can still create tasks on agents shared with them as Editor or Full.
