Team agents

Collaborators

Share an agent with teammates or a guest, see who has access, and change it.

Sharing puts one of your agents, or a single document, in someone else's menu. Their role sets what they can do.

Share an agent

Share an agent
  1. 1

    Open Share

Choose Share from the agent's ⋯ menu, or click the + beside the faces in the header. For one document, use its ⋯ menu.

  2. 2

    Pick people

Pick someone from your workspace, or type an email and choose Invite. Admins can also share with all members at once, excluding guests.

  3. 3

    Set their role

Everyone starts as Viewer. Change it to Editor or Full at any time.

  4. 4

    They join

The agent appears in their Agents group, under their Personal Assistant, with Join. Once they join, they can open it.

The invitation is also listed in Notifications.

No email is sent

Agent Hero doesn't email anyone when you share. The invitation waits for someone to sign in with that exact address, so tell them yourself.

Someone outside your workspace must be added as a member first.

The share dialog: people to add, each person's role under Access, and the owner at the bottom.

See who has access

The header shows the agent's owner and the people on it, side by side. Hover a face to see their name and role. A shared agent's row in the menu shows the same faces.

When an agent is shared with you, your role sits beside its name as a Viewer, Editor or Full badge.

An agent shared with you as Editor: the badge beside its name, the people in the header with the + to invite, and a face's name and role.

Change or leave a share

Reopen Share to change a role or remove someone. Removal is immediate, including in search.

On an agent shared with you, Archive hides it for you only. Leave, in its ⋯ menu, gives up your access to the agent, its tasks and documents. A share with the whole workspace can't be left, so ask an admin.

What sharing includes

Everyone who can see your agent also reads the documents and skills it subscribes to. They read them only, and never get the source agent itself.

Each person's chat is their own, and their actions need their own approvals.

Sharing can lend your connection

If you gave the agent Connector tools, everyone who can edit it works through your connection. That includes a guest with Editor, so give Viewer when they only need to read.

Guests

A guest is someone outside your company, such as a client or a contractor. They work only on the agents you share with them. A guest sees:

  • Only the agents shared with them.
  • No Personal Assistant.
  • No Agents Library or Global Agents.
  • No model names, costs or wallet.

A guest's settings hold only their own profile, notifications and appearance. They can't see your members, usage or billing.

A guest's menu: one flat list of the agents shared with them, with a pending invite and its Join button.

Add a guest

The Members page invites members and admins only. To set someone up as a guest, contact Agent Hero support.

Once their seat exists, share agents with their email as usual. Each share waits in their menu with Join. Guest seats are billed. See Billing.

A guest gets Viewer or Editor, never Full. So a guest can't share an agent onward or change who has access. They can't create agents of their own.

A share with all members leaves guests out, so share with each guest by name.

Choose the guest's model

Guests never pick a model. The agent's owner, or someone with Full, picks one for them.

Choose the guests' model
  1. Open the agent's ⋯ menu.
  2. Choose Default model for guests.
  3. Pick a Model and save.

Every guest turn is billed to your workspace.
