Channels

Message an agent from another app, such as Telegram.

A channel lets you message an agent from another app, away from Agent Hero. It is the same agent, with the same documents and skills. What you send runs as you, on your workspace's credits.

The Channels tab

Open an agent and choose the Channels tab in its Computer panel. It lists the channels you can manage on this agent. Today that is Telegram. Click the Telegram row to open its settings.

The Computer panel's Channels tab on an agent, with the Telegram row under the Channels heading.

The tab says "None you can set up here" when nothing is connected and you can't set anything up. Ask the agent's owner, or an org admin.

Who can set them up

Connecting a bot, creating pairing links and unpairing chats need owner or Full access on the agent. See Roles & permissions.

An org admin can narrow this. With Only org admins can manage Telegram turned on in Settings → Members, you also need to be an org admin. Everyone else can still open the Telegram row. Its dialog then says "Only org admins can manage Telegram in this workspace" and has no buttons. Chats already paired keep working.

To pair a chat, follow Telegram. Approvals and questions from a turn you start in Telegram come back to Telegram.
