PDFs

Read the PDFs you're given and generate editable ones to send.

Invoices and statements come in as PDFs. Polished reports go out as them.

PDFs you upload

Drag a PDF onto an agent, or choose PDF from the ⊕ menu, up to 120 MB. It opens in your browser's PDF viewer. Use its row's ⋯ menu in the Documents tab to favourite, rename, move or delete it.

The agent can then:

  • Read it: "list every line item and its amount"
  • Extract it: "log this invoice into @Invoice tracker"
  • Cross-check it: "does this agree with @Ledger for March?"

Scanned pages usually read fine too.

Check the numbers that matter

For anything critical, spot-check extracted figures against the page. The agent can misread a number.

PDFs the agent generates

Ask for output "as a PDF" when it should look final:

"Turn this analysis into a one-page client summary as a PDF."

The result shows an Editable badge. Refine it in chat, such as "move the total to the top right". The same document updates until it's ready to download.

If the open PDF doesn't show the latest change, click Re-render PDF in its header.

A generated PDF with the Editable badge, open in the browser's PDF viewer.
