Demo mode
Show the app the way a customer sees it, in your browser only.
Demo mode shows the app the way a customer sees it. Use it when you present Agent Hero to a client, or check what a guest will see. Only admins can turn it on.
What it hides
- New Agent and the Global Agents group.
- Model pickers, and which model wrote each reply.
- Costs on each reply.
- The settings cog.
It is the same view a guest gets. It changes only what your screen shows. Your data and permissions stay the same.
It applies to this browser only. Nothing changes for anyone else in the workspace.
Turn it on and off

Open Demo mode
Go to Settings → Demo mode, under Organization.

Switch it on
Turn on Present as a customer. A Demo badge takes the settings cog's place at the bottom of the menu.

Switch it off
Click the Demo badge, then turn off its switch. The full app comes back. In the collapsed menu, click your picture and turn off Demo mode there.
Demo mode is a view, not a lock. To limit what someone can do, give them a guest seat or a narrower role.
