AI usage
Your own spend, the admin view, and per-member spend limits.
Every turn is metered, and the reply's ⋯ menu shows its receipt. The AI usage pages add up the totals.
Your usage
Settings → AI usage, under Personal, is open to every member. Its row in the menu shows today's spend against the most you can spend today.
| Figure | What it shows |
|---|---|
| Credits | Workspace credit used, out of the total added |
| Spent today | Your spend since midnight SGT |
| Spent this period | Your spend this billing period, or this calendar month on Starter |
| Total spend | Your last 30 days, as a daily chart |
| By agent | Your 30-day spend, split per agent |
Admins also see Top up on Credits. If you have a spend limit, the figure it applies to shows "spent / limit" with a meter. By agent shows what is actually expensive, usually one or two heavy workstreams.
The admin view
Org admins also get AI usage under Organization. The Usage card shows the workspace's Credits and everyone's spend today and this period.
The Members list puts the biggest spenders first. Each row shows today's (D) and this period's (P) spend against that member's limit, such as "D: $1.20 / —", where "—" means no limit.
Set a member's spend limit
- 1
Open the member's row
In Organization AI usage, click Set limit or Edit limit on the member's row.
- 2
Enter the limit
Enter a Daily limit, Monthly limit or both, in US dollars.
- 3
Save
Click Save.
An empty field removes that limit. Enter 0 to pause the member at once, and their row shows Paused. Daily resets at midnight SGT. Monthly counts the current billing period, or the calendar month on Starter.
A limit caps one person but reserves nothing. The shared balance still drains first come, first served.
A member at their limit finds the message box locked with "Spend limit reached — ask your workspace admin". A message sent anyway gets "Daily spend limit reached — ask your workspace admin to raise it", or the monthly version. Everyone else carries on.
Reading the numbers
Watch the per-agent split, not the total. An expensive agent nobody remembers is the first to clean up.
The composer's $… left chip shows what you can spend now: the balance, or less under a limit. It counts down while Credits counts what's been used.
Falling cost with steady output means the team learned the habits in Models. To add credit, see Billing.
