All your schedules
Every schedule you have in the workspace, in one list, with one switch to pause them all.
Settings → Schedules lists every schedule you have in this workspace. Open it when something runs that you don't remember setting up, or when you want everything to stop for a while.

The page lists every schedule that runs as you, and every schedule on agents you own. They are grouped by agent.
Each row shows the schedule's name, its timing and the chat it runs in. That is either the agent's main chat or a task. A schedule someone else set up on your agent says "runs as someone else".
Each row has a switch, Edit and Delete. Rows you can't change say View only.
- The switch turns that one schedule on or off.
- Edit opens the same Edit schedule form as the agent sidebar.
- Delete asks first. Click Delete schedule to remove it. Past conversations it started are kept.
Pause everything
Pause all my schedules at the top stops every schedule that runs as you, event triggers included. While it is on, the page says none of your schedules run until you switch it off, and their names turn grey.
Each schedule keeps its own switch. Turning the pause off brings back exactly the ones that were on. You can still flip single switches while paused, to choose what comes back.
The pause covers only schedules that run as you. A schedule set up by someone else on your agent keeps running.
Turn on Pause all my schedules before you go. Nothing runs or spends credit as you until you switch it off.
No schedules yet
An empty page reads "No schedules yet". Ask an agent to remind you of something, or use ＋ → Schedule on any agent.
