Archive

Restore archived agents, or delete them for good.

Archive is where agents go when you put them away. Restore brings one back. Delete removes it for good.

Archive an agent

Choose Archive from an agent's row menu in the sidebar. The agent leaves your sidebar with its tasks. Its documents are kept.

What Archive does depends on the agent.

The Personal Assistant can't be archived. Guests have no Archive.

An archived agent's schedules stop running. They come back when you restore it, if they were switched on.

What the page lists

Settings → Archive lists the agents you archived. Agents you own show Restore and Delete.

Agents shared with you that you archived sit under Shared with you, with Restore only. The owner's copy was never touched.

Archived tasks are not listed here. They stay at the bottom of their agent's task list, behind Show archived. See Creating task agent.

Settings → Archive: owned agents with Restore and Delete, then Shared with you with Restore only.

Restore an agent

Click Restore on its row. It returns to your sidebar, with the tasks that were archived along with it.
