Settings
Members & roles
Invite people, set their role, manage seats, and decide what members may do.
Settings → Members is where admins manage the workspace's people. Only admins see it. Manage organization in the workspace switcher opens the same page.
Roles
| Role | What they do |
|---|---|
| Admin | Everything a member does, plus run the workspace |
| Member | Create agents, chat, and share what they own |
| Guest | Work only on agents shared with them |
Admins manage people, spend limits, billing and the switches below. They don't silently read members' agents. They see only what is shared with them.
Guests are outsiders, such as a client or contractor. They join through sharing, not this page. See Collaborators and Roles & permissions.
Invite a member
- 1
Open Members
Go to Settings → Members.
- 2
Start the invitation
Click Invite member.
- 3
Enter their details
Type their Email address and pick Member or Admin as the Role.
- 4
Send it
Click Send invitation. They get an email to join the workspace.
The invitation waits under the members list until they accept. Copy link lets you send it yourself. Revoke withdraws it.
To add someone straight away, click Create account instead. You set their name, email and an initial password. They can sign in at once.
Change a role or remove someone
Each member's row has a role menu. Pick Member or Admin to switch them. Your own row says You.
To remove someone, click the remove button on their row, then Remove member. They lose access to the workspace at once. Keep member cancels.
Seats
The header shows how many people are in the workspace, out of the limit.
| Plan | Who can join |
|---|---|
| Starter | Up to 50 members |
| Pro | Up to 100 members, one paid seat each |
On Pro, invitations are free until accepted. A new member reuses a free paid seat, or adds one, prorated for the rest of the period. Removing someone lowers the next renewal, with no refund for the current period. See Billing.
While a subscription is cancelling or lapsed, pending invitations are withdrawn. No one new can join until it is renewed.
Decide who creates agents
Turn on Only org admins can create agents at the bottom of the page. Then members can't:
- Create agents.
- Install from the Agents Library.
- Connect new integrations.
Members can still start tasks on agents shared with them as Editor or Full. Agents and connections they already have are kept. A member with no Personal Assistant yet won't get one.
Letting one member create agents while the switch is on, or turning one member's Personal Assistant on or off, is not available yet.
Decide who manages Telegram
Where Telegram is available, turn on Only org admins can manage Telegram on the same page. Then only admins can connect a bot, create pairing codes and unpair chats. Chats already paired keep working. See Telegram.
