Our Story
AI companies build for two kinds of customer: people working on their own, and enterprises with IT departments. Small businesses fall through the gap in between.
We know that gap. We've run small businesses ourselves. Then we rebuilt our own company around AI. Today three of us do the work of more than ten, and we've slashed what we spend on software.
We got there with advanced agent tools like Claude Code. We could, because building software is our day job. Most small business teams can't, and they shouldn't have to.
So we're building what we wished we'd had: a super-intelligent AI platform designed around how small teams actually work. Give an SME that, and it can take on anyone.
Our Mission
Make 100,000 SMEs AI-native by 2030.
For entrepreneurs, not enterprises. Singapore first, then Southeast Asia, then the world.
What AI-native means
- 01
80% of the work, done by AI.
An AI workforce carries out most of the company's functions and tasks. People set the direction, make the calls and orchestrate the work.
- 02
No more back office.
Compliance, accounts and payroll get done without eating anyone's week.
- 03
Less software. More selling.
Fewer SaaS subscriptions to buy and juggle. The time and money go back into winning and serving customers.
Leadership
Product design meets AI engineering.
Abdul Rafiq
Chief Executive Officer
Rafiq is a product design veteran and entrepreneur who has spent over a decade shaping how people interact with complex systems. In 2012, he co-founded Geddit Right—one of Singapore's pioneering product design agencies—serving clients like Oracle, Standard Chartered, KPMG, and multiple healthcare startups including an award-winning mental health platform in the US. He also led product innovation for AI systems in defence and medical sectors, where he saw firsthand how poorly-designed AI tools fail their users. At Agent Hero, Rafiq is obsessed with one question: how do we make AI actually useful for a small team, not just one person on it? That question drives every product decision we make.

Jun Xiang
Chief Technology Officer
Jun Xiang is a full-stack engineer and AI specialist with over a decade of experience across cybersecurity, startups, and enterprise tech. Before Agent Hero, he built AI-powered solutions integrating large language models, speech processing, and computer vision for clients in defence and healthcare—architecting systems from frontend to model deployment. A former military officer with Singapore's Digital and Intelligence Service, Jun Xiang brings rigorous technical discipline and a security-first mindset to everything he builds. He leads Agent Hero's engineering, ensuring our platform stays at the cutting edge of AI while remaining fast, reliable, and secure.

People change. The know-how stays.
