Agent Library
Org Connectors
Tools every agent gets, connectors shared across your organisation, and your organisation's own keys.
Most connectors belong to one person. Each connector agent holds one person's sign-in, and there is no single company-wide login for Xero, Outlook and the like. To share one, its owner shares the agent or others subscribe to it.
A few things do reach your whole organisation. This page covers them.
Built-in tools on every agent
Every agent can search the web and read a page from a link. Agent Hero sets this up for every workspace, on its own account. There is nothing to install or sign in to.
The searches run without an approval card in Auto-accept edits. Connectors has the privacy note.
Shared-connection cards
A card marked Shared connection · read-only uses the publisher's connection. Its Connection section says there is nothing to set up. You install it and use it read-only. Nothing is copied to you.
Cards offered to your organisation
Some library cards are offered only to certain organisations. Members of those organisations see them in the library. Everyone else doesn't. Each member still installs their own copy and connects their own account.
An admin can switch on "Only org admins can create agents" for the workspace. Then only admins can install from the library. See Members & roles.
Org connectors
In some workspaces, members can add a connector from a link. It starts as a personal connector. Its creator can click Share to org on its library card.
It then moves to the Org connectors group in every member's library. The card says "Shared with your org. Each member connects their own account." Nobody uses the creator's sign-in.
| Action | Who can do it |
|---|---|
| Share to org | The creator |
| Unshare | The creator or an org admin |
| Rename | The creator or an org admin |
| Remove | The creator or an org admin |
Remove deletes the card for everyone and can't be undone. It is refused while anyone still has it connected, or while another member has it installed.
Tool keys
In some workspaces, an org admin can run built-in web search on the organisation's own Exa account instead of Agent Hero's.
- Go to Settings → Organization → AI usage.
- Find Tool keys and the Exa web search row.
- Click Connect your key and enter it in the secure connect window.
- Switch on Use our key. A new key starts off.
The key is connected once for the whole organisation. It doesn't belong to the admin who added it, so it keeps working if they leave.
While it's on, Exa bills those searches to your organisation's account. Your Agent Hero charges for the turn don't change. Switch it off, or click Remove, and your agents go back to Agent Hero's key.
