Images

Upload photos and pictures, view them, and have the agent read them.

An Image document is a photo or picture kept on the agent. A receipt, a whiteboard, a chart or a scanned form are typical. The agent can look at it and work from what it sees.

Add an image

Drag the picture onto the agent's Documents tab. Or click the ⊕ beside the Documents heading, choose Image and pick the file. Creating and uploading covers folders and dropping several files.

You can uploadLargest file
PNG, JPG, WebP, GIF25 MB

Other picture formats, such as HEIC from an iPhone, are refused. Save the photo as JPG first.

An image attached in chat is only for that conversation. To keep it with the agent, upload it to the Documents tab. See Attachments.

View it

Click the image in the Documents list. It opens beside the list at the full width of the pane. Scroll to see a tall picture.

To rename it, click its title. To move or delete it, use its row's ⋯ menu on the Documents tab. You can't edit the picture itself.

If the picture doesn't show, click Reload file in the header.

Ask the agent

Mention the image in chat and ask about it:

  • "What is the total on @Taxi receipt?"
  • "Type up the notes in @Whiteboard photo as a note."
  • "Log the items in @Delivery slip into @Stock Book."

The agent opens the picture and reads it, including any text in it. Check figures that matter against the picture.

Some models can't read images. If the agent says it can't see the picture, switch to one that can. See Models.

Search

Once an image is processed, Agent Hero stores a written description of it. Deep search matches that description, so you can find a picture by the words or objects in it.

Images the agent makes

The agent can save a picture it makes as an Image document, such as a chart or a cropped photo. Ask for it, such as "save that chart as an image". It appears in the Documents list like any upload.
