Agent Library
Agent Library
Browse ready-made agents and connectors, and install what you need.
The Agents Library row at the top of the menu opens the AI Agents Library. It holds ready-made agents that Agent Hero builds and maintains. Some are full roles, which these guides call AI executives. Others are connectors for systems like Xero, Outlook and OneDrive.
Some cards are offered only to certain workspaces, so yours may not show every card.
How the list is grouped
Cards sit in groups by category. Featured always comes first. Search at the top of the list opens the app's search, for your agents and documents.
An agent with a job title shows it in grey after its name. Connector cards show no title.
Read a card
Click an entry to open its card. The card shows:
- who built it, and its category
- how it installs
- About, which says what it does
- Connection, when it needs a system signed in
- Tools, the actions it can take
- Try asking, real prompts to test it with
Most cards say Installs your own copy. A few say Shared connection · read-only. Cloning agents explains the difference.
Install and start
- 1
Open the library
Click Agents Library at the top of the menu.
- 2
Pick a card
Click an entry to open its card. Read About and Try asking.
- 3
Install
Click Install. Some cards first ask you to Name this installation.
- 4
Start
The new agent opens. Its prompts sit under the model picker, headed Try these prompts. Click one to start, since its skills come loaded.
Once installed, Open takes you to your copy and the button reads Install again.
On a connector card, install first and then sign in to the system. See Connectors.
When Install is missing
Your workspace admin may have limited who can add agents. The card then says "Only org admins can install from the Library in this workspace". Ask an admin to install it, or see Members & roles.
Guests can't install from the library.
Skim the library before you create an agent. Reshaping a specialist is usually faster than starting blank.
