Sign in
Sign in with your email, join from an invitation, and switch between accounts.
You sign in to Agent Hero with your email address. Your account must belong to a workspace first, so the very first time you come in through an invitation.

Open Agent Hero
Open your team's Agent Hero link, such as
app.agentheroai.com. If you are signed out, it takes you to the sign-in page. - 2
Enter your email
Type your Email address and click Continue.

Enter your password
Type your Password and click Continue. Agent Hero opens your Personal Assistant in your workspace.
Prefer not to type a password? Click Use another method on the password step. Agent Hero emails you a code or a sign-in link instead.
Forgot it? Click Forgot password? and follow the code sent to your email.
There is no sign-in with Google, Microsoft or company single sign-on yet. Use your email address.
Join from an invitation
An admin invites you by email. Open the link in that email.
If you are new to Agent Hero, you create your account there. Enter your first and last name and choose a password. You land in the workspace that invited you.
If you already have an account, sign in as usual. An amber dot on the workspace icon means an invitation waits. In the icon strip, the dot shows in your account menu. Click the workspace to open the switcher, then click Join. See Understanding accounts & workspaces.
An admin can also create your account directly and give you a starting password. Change it in Settings → Security after you sign in.
If your account belongs to no workspace, Agent Hero shows "No workspace yet" and signs you out. Ask your admin for an invitation.
Two-step verification
You can add a code from an authenticator app to every sign-in. Set it up in Settings → Security. See Security.
Your workspace may require it. Then Agent Hero asks you to set it up before you can continue. Some workspaces also sign you out when you close the app or stop working for a while. A Still there? message warns you a minute before.
Switch accounts
You can stay signed in to several accounts at once, such as a work and a client account.
- Click your account picture at the bottom of the menu.
- In the icon strip, click your name next.
- Click Add account and sign in with the other email.
- To switch, open the same menu and pick the account.
Sign out in that menu signs you out of the account you are using. Sign out of all accounts signs you out of every one. Manage account opens your name, email, password and picture.
A workspace is different from an account. One account can belong to several workspaces. See Understanding accounts & workspaces.
