Security
Change your password, sign out other devices, and meet your organization's sign-in rules.
Security holds your password and the devices signed in to your account.
Open Security
Go to Settings → Security. Your account window opens on its Security tab. If it opens on Profile, click Security in the window.
Change your password

Open Security
In Settings, click Security.

Start the change
Click Update password. If you have no password yet, it reads Set password.

Enter the new password
Fill in New password and Confirm password. Enter your Current password too if asked.

Save
Tick Sign out of all other devices if your old password may be known. Then click Save.
Signed-in devices
Active devices lists every browser signed in to your account. The one you are using is marked This device.
To end a session you don't recognise, open its menu and click Sign out of device. Then change your password.
Your organization's sign-in rules
Some organizations add sign-in rules for their members. If yours does, the app tells you when one applies.
- Two-step sign-in. The app asks you to set up an authenticator app before you continue. Click Set up two-factor, then follow the steps in Security.
- Idle sign-out. After a quiet spell, Still there? counts down. Click Stay signed in to carry on.
- Sign-out on close. After you close every Agent Hero tab, you sign in again next time.
These rules apply to everyone in your organization. You can't switch them off yourself.
