Documents
Notes
The rich text editor for minutes, procedures and reports.
A note is the document for words: minutes, procedures, briefs and reports. It works like Notion or Google Docs.
Writing
Type / for the block menu. Format has headings, lists, to-dos and toggles. Insert adds the rest:
- Tables, columns, dates and media
- Code, equations, Mermaid diagrams and ECharts charts
- A table of contents that tracks your headings
- Content From, to copy in another note
- Embed, for another document or a web link
Working with the agent
The agent edits notes as easily as you do. Try "Add a summary at the top of @Meeting note."
Depending on the permission mode, it asks first with an approval card or edits straight away. Either way, Version history can undo it.
Editing together
Teammates with access edit at the same time, and you see their cursors. There's no save button.
Version history, in the ⋯ menu, keeps checkpoints you can preview and restore. Metadata, in the same menu, holds short fields about the note, such as a client or status.
Exporting
Export from the ⋯ menu as Word (.docx) or PDF, ready to send.
The agent reads its notes, so a written procedure becomes one it follows. For instructions it should use on demand, write a skill.
