Settings overview

Where Settings lives, what each section holds, and who sees which page.

Settings holds your own account, your workspace's people and money, and a few reference pages. Open it with the settings cog at the bottom of the open menu. In the collapsed menu, click your picture at the bottom and choose Settings.

The cog opens AI usage. When a share is waiting for you, the cog shows a count and opens Notifications instead. A guest's cog always opens Notifications.

Settings open on Personal AI usage, with the Personal, Organization and Info sections on the left.

The sections

The menu on the left groups pages by whose settings they are.

AI usage appears twice. Under Personal it shows your own spend. Under Organization it shows everyone's.

What each page is for

  • Profile: your name, photo and email addresses.
  • Security: your password and signed-in devices.
  • AI usage: what you, or the whole team, spent.
  • Notifications: shares waiting for you to join.
  • Schedules: every schedule you have, with one pause switch.
  • Archive: archived agents, to restore or delete.
  • Members: people, invitations, roles and seats.
  • Billing: plan, credits, invoices and model prices.
  • Demo mode: the app as a customer sees it.

User info shows your name and email, read-only, with a copy button. Appearance switches this browser between Light and Dark.

General shows the workspace's name and logo. Models lists each model's prices, covered under Billing. The two legal pages hold the Terms of Use and Privacy Policy you accepted.

The Personal AI usage row shows a small badge: today's spend against the most you can spend today.
