Agents

Your Personal Assistant

The agent you start with and how to make it yours.

When you first sign in, Agent Hero creates your Personal Assistant and opens it. Use it for anything without a home yet: quick questions, one-off documents, experiments.

It arrives with its own first name and face. "Personal Assistant" is its role, shown beside the name. You can rename it any time.

A Personal Assistant open: its name and role in the header, then its own chat and its Tasks in the agent sidebar.

What makes it different

It is only yours and can't be shared, so teammates never see it. It comes first in your agents and can't be deleted or archived. Its role stays "Personal Assistant" even if you rename it.

Otherwise it works like any other agent. See Agents overview.

Good first habits

Tell it about yourself

Tell it your role, your team and how you like output, for example "tables, not paragraphs". It remembers for the rest of the conversation. For rules it should follow in every chat, save a skill.

Use tasks early

When a topic grows past a couple of documents, click the + beside Tasks to give it a task of its own. See Creating task agent.

Let it remind you

Ask it for a reminder, such as remind me at 4pm to call the bank. It can also run work on a timetable. See One-time reminders and Schedules.

Give real workstreams their own agent

For a standing area like bookkeeping, recruitment or claims, create a dedicated agent or install one from the Agents Library.

When you don't have one

Each workspace you belong to gives you a separate Personal Assistant with its own documents. Guests who are invited only to shared agents don't get one.

When an admin turns on Only org admins can create agents, a member without a Personal Assistant doesn't get a new one.
