Agent Library

AI executives

Ready-made agents that each do one job, and how to put one to work.

An AI executive is a ready-made agent built for one role, the way you'd hire for a job. It arrives with that role's skills and reference documents already loaded. You give it your own work and documents.

Agent Hero builds and maintains them in the Agent Library. Which ones you see depends on your workspace. Some are offered only to certain organisations.

Find one

In the library list, an AI executive shows its job title in grey after its name. Connectors show no title, so the two are easy to tell apart.

Open a card to check fit before you install:

  • About says what the role covers.
  • Connection appears only if it needs a system signed in.
  • Tools lists the actions it can take.
  • Try asking shows the jobs it was built for.

Put one to work

Install from the Agents Library
  1. Open its card and click Install.
  2. The new agent opens. Its chat starts empty, with the card's prompts under the model picker, headed Try these prompts.
  3. Click a prompt. It fills the message box but doesn't send.
  4. Change the details to fit your case, then send it.

Make it yours

  • Add your own documents, so it works from your facts.
  • Add your own skills for how your team does things.
  • Give it schedules for work that repeats.
  • Hand bigger jobs to task agents under it.

If its card lists a Connection, sign in to that system before you ask for live work. See Connectors.

It keeps improving

Agent Hero keeps refining each executive's skills and reference documents. Your copy picks up those changes on its own. What you add stays yours. Cloning agents explains exactly what updates and what doesn't.
