Today Agent Hero opens in closed beta. We're inviting a small group of businesses to use it for their real work, and to tell us what works and what doesn't.

Why we built Agent Hero
Small businesses run on a handful of people doing many jobs. The owner answers the email, chases the invoices, updates the records and writes the reports, and the work that grows the business waits until evening.
Most AI tools help with one message at a time. You copy something in, you copy the answer out, and you do it again tomorrow. We wanted something closer to a colleague: an agent that knows your business, works with your documents and your tools, and picks up the routine work so your people don't have to.
That's Agent Hero. You give each agent a job. It works in a chat with you, keeps its own documents, and connects to the tools your business already uses. When it wants to do something that matters, like sending an email or changing a record, it asks you first.
What's in the beta
Agents
- A Personal Assistant from day one. Every account starts with one, ready to help with whatever you ask.
- Agents for each job. Create an agent for finance, sales or operations, and give it the instructions and documents it needs.
- Your approval on what matters. An agent asks before it acts on your behalf. You can see what it wants to do, and approve or decline it.
Documents
- A home for your work. Each agent keeps notes, PDFs and images it can read and write.
- Drop files into the chat. Drag in a PDF or an image and the agent reads it with you.
- Answers you can check. When the agent uses a document, it links to it, so you can see where an answer came from.
Skills and connectors
- Skills. Save a way of working once, like how you write a weekly report, and run it with a slash in the chat.
- Connectors. Link the tools you already use, starting with accounting and email, so an agent can look things up and do the work where it lives.
What to expect from a beta
Let's be direct: this is beta software.
You may run into bugs, and some things will change as we learn. We're keeping the group small on purpose, so we can answer quickly, fix what breaks and build what you actually need. If you join, you're helping us shape it.
We've put real work into security and stability, and we wouldn't open the doors if we didn't think Agent Hero is already useful. But please come in with calibrated expectations.
